5. Payment
Payment for Services is currently accepted via direct bank transfer in GBP, arranged following enquiry or booking confirmation. Online payment options will be introduced in future; where available, this section will be updated to name the payment processor used and any additional terms that apply.

6. Payment Confirmation

7. Course & Programme Access
Our development programmes (Rugby Accelerator, The Dome, GROW, The Camino) are delivered through a combination of live sessions and our Client Portal, where enrolled participants can access programme materials, track progress, and engage with programme content. Portal access is granted upon confirmed payment and enrolment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access where these Terms are violated, payment is disputed or reversed, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, models, course materials, branding and content on this Website — including the Level Change Performance Model, PIN-Coding methodology, and associated course curricula — remain the intellectual property of Level Change Performance Coaching Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share Client Portal access without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
Use of this Website and participation in our Services is at your own risk. Level Change Performance Coaching Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or technical disruptions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under English law. 10. Cancellations & Refunds

All course fees are non-refundable once a place has been secured.

Where a payment plan is offered (Rugby Accelerator only), all instalments must be paid in full prior to the course start date. No refunds are provided once a place has been secured, whether paid in full or via instalment plan.
