2.) SYSTEMIC TEAM COACHING
Systemic team coaching is for those organizations wanting to widen their lens and consider all the systemic requirements, in order to thrive.
In todays VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, teams are expected to perform better whilst having to navigate the challenges of growing expectations, greater demand and diminishing resources.
To mitigate that, systemic work is key, as all individuals find themselves within a team/s, that are within an organisation, that has a culture, stakeholders, wider ecology and there are connections between that need consideration both outside in and inside out.
In many organisations, we see that major responsibility lay with a few critical teams, that are tasked to problem solve across multiple divisions and deliver under pressure. However, the success of these critical teams is directly linked to the success of all other areas of the organisation.
Systemic Team coaching focuses on all aspects such as task, process, stakeholders, organization, and the wider eco system. We take you on a developmental journey addressing all areas necessary in order to develop your team in an integrated way.

- CO-CREATING: Where are we now systemically? Does it serve the team? Where can we get to? How do we work together in a way that is generative? Achieving more together than the sum of our parts.
- CONNECTING: What is needed to develop high quality systemic interactions? Value creation? How to engage with all stakeholders (outside in and inside out)? Is each member able to represent whole team? Striving for truly effective interactions and teaming.
- CORE LEARNING: How does whole team continue to develop and learn, growing collective capacity? This in order to learn faster and adapt more agilely to the changes in the world around us.
