Brent is a High Performance Coach and Speaker working alongside individuals, teams, coaches and leaders across both the sporting and corporate sectors. He is known for is kindness and honesty in going above and beyond, to help people and teams unlock, transform and sustain performance.

Brent brings lessons to life in a relatable manner, through powerful story telling and simplifying performance interventions that are useful, into practical actionable steps. He is a former teacher and professional rugby coach, with over 23 years of experience. A 2016 nominee for SA rugby coach of the year, Brent has coached in the Super Rugby, Gallagher Premiership, Premier Women’s Rugby, Champions Cup, Premier Currie Cup and University Cup competitions.

He is a member of the International Coaching Federation and bound by their code of conduct. He is a qualified Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Advanced Coach in integrating neuroscience for high Performance, Neuro Linguistics Practitioner and is presently doing his Masters in Coaching for Behavioral Change. Brent is known to be hungry for knowledge and continuous personal growth, seeing him constantly researching and spending time learning from others, to sharpen his craft. 

He delivers a range of services through an evidence-based coaching approach that is grounded in and driven by research in psychology and neuroscience.
